6 Month Update

Well, it has been 6 months since we took over the RV Park and we are very surprised with the results so far. We have kept the park well maintained, added some signage, painted a few things, added a laundry room and we have managed to stay at about 80% capacity on the RV Park. The cabins have done very good as well. We are hoping to expand the RV Park by 4 units sometime this year and we are still looking at putting some form of a pavilion in our big center island. Stay tuned for more updates.

We would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the newest addition to our family, Post Oak RV Park and Cabins. I grew up with grandparents that enjoyed RV camping and were even part of a Polish Camper Club in northern Minnesota. My last name is Polich, but I'm not Polish. My family is from Croatia, my step-grandfather was Polish. Camping was always enjoyable and still is today when we take our children on a journey. We hope to make Post Oak RV Park and Cabins enjoyable for you.

Jim and Michele Polich are experienced RV'ers and have enjoyed camping since 1999. They recently purchased Post Oak RV Park and Cabins and hope to make it a family adventure, along with their 7 children.

What Our Clients Are Saying:

First time in Texas for me and my daughter. She was here for an acro tumbling camp at Baylor. We felt very comfortable and safe in our cabin. The RV park was quiet and peaceful and I looked forward to returning after a few hours in the city. My daughter slept on the pull out sofa and raved about how well she slept. The cabin was clean and you could tell that they paid attention to details to make your stay nice. Wifi worked well. Check in check out was smooth. The place is right next to Homestead and an easy drive to Magnolia Market and the Baylor campus. There is almost no traffic. Note that everything opens late and closes early (around 6pm) compared to what I'm used to in California and everything is closed on Sundays. A/c worked well. Very private with blinds that blocked out the sun if needed. Really enjoyed this experience! Would definitely choose again over a hotel. " Allison L 7/17 California
